At Bay & Grey, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent refund process for our customers.
π° Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are applicable for items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or have size issues.
- The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
π¦ Refund Process
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, the refund will be initiated within 5β7 business days.

- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
π« Non-Refundable Cases
- Items purchased during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds (unless defective).
- Products that do not meet the return conditions will not be accepted.
- Shipping charges/COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
